In a classic neighborhood of Buenos Aires, currently undergoing transformation and with great potential, we designed a building with a flexible program: residences, professional spaces, and a commercial base. We rethought the living spaces, from the interior layout to the design of the façades. We created a modern, simple, rhythmic, and warm image. Not knowing whether one is at home or at the workplace is part of today's reality. This is what the architecture of this building is about: on one hand, showing the need for a project/constructive synthesis, and on the other, responding to the overlap and complexity of modern life.
