It is a trend in major cities around the world that “offices follow their employees,” and Buenos Aires is no exception. Based on this premise, the plot of land for this office building was chosen. It is located on the Panamericana Highway, in Vicente López, a neighborhood in the northern area of the city. The project is a tower with a free perimeter. The typical floor measures 667m² and can be divided into independent units of 322/192/130 square meters. The building's image is sleek and striking. It has a completely glass facade aimed at enhancing interior spatiality and providing an exterior view that conveys a corporate profile.
