In response to the widespread request from companies established in Buenos Aires to decentralize and expand, we sought a plot of land in a key and highly demanded location along the northern corridor of Panamericana to design and build an office building. The project specifically includes two main elements: a AAA office building and an access plaza that occupies the entire site. The proposal aims to be minimalist, impactful, and contemporary. The building consists of two elements, with a maximum abstraction in geometry and materiality: a perfect glass cube measuring 34 m x 34 m x 34 m, and a black access tube 10 m high x 9 m wide x 14 m deep. The plaza serves as the mantle and void on which the building rests, addressing functional aspects such as circulation, parking, ramps, and access, but also functioning as the central meeting and recreational space for the entire complex.
