Within the site, there are two football 11 fields, four football 8 fields, and an artificial lagoon, with two horizontally proportioned buildings. The first building houses the sports, recreation, and administrative program (restaurant, bar with terrace, kitchen, gym, offices, services, storage, and changing rooms). The second building is dedicated to team accommodations and recreation, featuring 18 rooms and a multi-purpose room (SUM).
